Speed up the development of your language skills by participating in the Socio-Cultural Activities program and have a great time while doing it.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in our school! This Wednesday we have a special treat for you – Christmas themed workshop where you will learn all about Croatian festive traditions which hold a very important place in our culture. Every December, we eat special foods, bake even more special cakes, we decorate our houses and try to spend every free moment with our loved ones with – of course – a cup of mulled wine in our hands. Join us in this on site workshop where we will learn which Croatian Christmas traditions have made their way up to today and how they function in different Croatian regions.
Who can participate in CLA Socio-Cultural Activities?
Anyone currently learning Croatian at CLA can participate free of charge.
Is everything free of charge?
Additional individual costs like admission tickets, food or drinks need to be covered by each student individually.
Do I need to sign up for an activity?
Even though student participation in the activities is free, it is mandatory that you sign up at least a day in advance.
How do I sign up?
Inform your professor if you want to participate, and they will add you to the list.
